Broccoli With Cheese Sauce
1 Head of Cauliflower, Cut Into Florets - FREE
4 Garlic Cloves - FREE
½ Cup Swanson’s Chicken Broth - FREE
1 Small Onion, Grated - FREE
1 Tablespoon Kernel Season’s™ Popcorn Seasoning - FREE
½ Teaspoon Butter Flavoring - FREE
Salt and Pepper To Taste - FREE
Large Bunch of Broccoli, Cut Into Florets - FREE
1. Boil cauliflower and garlic in salted water (or chicken broth) for 10-15 minutes or until very soft, drain.
2. Place cauliflower, garlic, chicken broth, onion, popcorn seasoning and butter flavoring in a food processor. Process until very smooth, set aside.
3. Boil broccoli in salted water (or chicken broth) for 5-10 minutes or until desired doneness, drain.
4. While broccoli is boiling, place the cauliflower mixture in a small pan. Whisk over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the consistency of cheese sauce.
5. Place broccoli in a serving dish, top with cheese sauce. Serve immediately
Makes Six FREE Servings.

Japanese Stir Fry
½ Cup Swanson’s Beef Broth - FREE
1 Teaspoon Better Than Bouillion ™ Beef Base - FREE
¼ Cup Soy Sauce - FREE
4 Garlic Cloves, Minced - FREE
4 Medium Onions, Chopped - FREE
2 Teaspoons Fresh Ginger, Minced - FREE
2 Cups Broccoli Florets - FREE
2 Cups Chinese Cabbage, Chopped - FREE
½ Cup Snow Peas - FREE
2-3 Carrots, Sliced - FREE
1. Place beef stock, beef base and soy sauce in a Wok, bring to a boil.
2. Add garlic, onions and ginger. Sautee 5-10 minutes or until mixture is caramelized.
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry constantly for 12-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp.
4. Cook longer if you like your vegetables well done.
Makes Six FREE Servings.
*Throw in 2 oz. sliced chicken for about 100 calories and you have a scrumptious meal!
