Yummy Chicken Stir-Fry
½ Cup Chicken or Beef Stock – FREE
½ Cup Soy Sauce – FREE
1 Lb. Boneless Chicken Breasts, Cut In Strips – 800 Calories
1 Sweet Onion, Chopped - FREE
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced - FREE
1 Cup Cauliflower Florets - FREE
1 Cup Broccoli Florets - FREE
½ Cup Carrots, Chopped - FREE
1 Cup Snow Peas - FREE
1 Tablespoon Ginger Root, Minced - FREE
1 Green Pepper, Chopped - FREE
¼ Lb. Mushrooms, Sliced – FREE
1. Bring stock and soy sauce to a boil in a heavy skillet or wok.
2. Add chicken, onion and garlic and sauté for 10 minutes.
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir fry for another 10-15 minutes or until desired doneness.
Makes Four 200 Calorie Yum, Yum, Yum! Servings, REALLY!!!
Skinny 200 Calorie Turkey Roll-Ups
12 Oz. Deli Turkey, Sliced Thickly – 400 Calories
1 Can Asparagus, Drained – FREE
2 Green Onions, Minced – FREE
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place three asparagus spears and ½ teaspoon green onion in each turkey slice and roll-up.
3. Place roll-ups into baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Makes Two 200 Skinny 200 Calorie Servings!
