Skinny 100 calorie recipes and 100 calorie meals is what I do!!!  I’ve got a really delicious chicken recipe for you today.  Try it, I know you’ll love, love love it!!!

Skinny Chicken Delight w/Artichokes

4 – 4 oz. Boneless and Skinned Chicken Breasts – 800 Calories

Salt and Pepper To Taste - FREE

¼ Cup Chicken Broth - FREE

1 Onion, Chopped – FREE

2 Garlic Cloves, Minced - FREE

8 Oz. Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced – FREE

14 Oz. Artichoke Hearts, Drained – FREE

1.      Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.      Prepare breasts with salt and pepper.

3.      Bring chicken stock to a boil in a large heavy skillet.

4.      Add onion and garlic to skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.

5.      Add breasts and brown on each side.

6.      Transfer breasts to a baking dish, leaving onion and garlic in skillet.

7.      Add mushrooms and artichoke hearts to skillet and sauté until browned.

8.      Pour mixture over chicken.

9.      Bake for 45 minutes or until desired doneness.

Makes Four 200 Calorie Skinny Servings.
