California Fruit Salad

 

1/2 Cup Orange Juice - 50
1 Medium Banana, Sliced - 100
1 Cup Grapes - 100
1 Large Orange; Peeled, Sliced and Quartered - 100
1 Medium Peach or Nectarine, Pitted and Cubed – 50

 

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. 
2. Chill for two hours.

 

Makes four 100 calorie servings.
