Refreshing Fruit Salad
1/2 Cup Orange Juice – 50
1 Tablespoon Sugar - 50
1 Cup Fresh Blueberries - 100
1 1/2 Cups Fresh Blackberries - 100
2 Cups Fresh Cantaloupe, Cut Into Chunks - 100
1 Cup Fresh Grapes - 100
2 Cups Fresh Honeydew Melon, Cut Into Chunks - 100
1 1/2 Cups Fresh Raspberries - 100
2 Cups Fresh Strawberries, Halved – 100
1. In a small bowl, whisk orange juice and sugar together. Set aside.
2. Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Gently toss in orange juice mixture.
3. Chill for two hours.
