Tropical Fruit Salad
1/2 Cup Orange Juice - 50
1 Tablespoon Sugar - 50
2 Medium Bananas, Sliced – 200
2 Cups Blueberries – 200
2 Cups Seedless Grapes – 200
2 Kiwis, Peeled and Sliced - 100
2 Medium Nectarines, Peeled and Diced – 100
1 Large Mango, Peeled and Diced - 200
2 Cups Fresh Strawberries, Halved – 100
1. In a small bowl, whisk orange juice and sugar together. Set aside.
2. Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Gently toss in orange juice mixture.
4. Chill for two hours.
