Fire Grilled Tuna and Vegetables
Your Choice of The Following Fresh Vegetables:
Eggplant - FREE
Garlic - FREE
Green Bell Peppers - FREE
Red Bell Peppers - FREE
Mushrooms - FREE
Onions - FREE
Cherry Tomatoes - FREE
Zucchini - FREE
24 oz. (Cooked Weight) Tuna Steak, Cut 1” Thick - 800
Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder To Taste - FREE
4 Tablespoons Butter – 400
2-4 Garlic Cloves, Minced - FREE
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice - FREE
1 Tablespoon Capers - FREE
1. Fire up the grill.
2. Cut vegetables into 1” pieces.
3. Soak vegetables in water for 30 minutes.
4. Sprinkle tuna with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
5. Melt butter in a small saucepan on medium heat.
6. Add garlic, lemon and capers. Simmer 30 seconds to 1 minute. Keep warm.
7. Drain and dry vegetables. Place on skewers.
8. Spray grill with non-stick spray.
9. Grill tuna for 4-6 minutes on each side.
10. Grill vegetables for 2-3 minutes on each side or as desired.
11. Place hot tuna and vegetables on a platter and drizzle with warm sauce. Serve immediately.
