Turkey Asparagus Roll-Ups

 

7 oz. Deli Turkey, Sliced Thickly (3 Slices) – 200
9 Stalks Canned Asparagus, Drained – FREE
1 oz. Swiss Cheese - 100

 

1. Preheat oven to 350. 
2. Place 3 stalks of asparagus in the middle of each turkey slice, roll up. 
3. Place roll-ups in baking pan.  Top with cheese. 
4. Cook for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.

 

Makes one 300 calorie serving.
