“Well Done” Lemon and Rosemary Salmon

 

2 Lemons, Thinly Sliced - FREE
8 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary - FREE
8 oz. Salmon Filet, Bones and Skin Removed - 400
2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted - 200
Coarse Salt To Taste - FREE
Lemon Pepper Seasoning To Taste - FREE

 

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
2. Place the slices from one lemon along the bottom of a baking dish. 
3. Lay 4 sprigs of rosemary on top of the lemons. 
4. Lay the salmon fillet on top of the rosemary. 
5. Brush the salmon with melted butter, sprinkle with salt and lemon pepper. 
6. Place the remaining 4 sprigs of rosemary on top of the seasonings.
7. Place the remaining lemon slices on top of the rosemary. 
8. Cover well with foil and bake for 2 hours.

 
Makes two 300 calorie servings.
