Californ-I-A Cobb Salad

 

2 Cups Romaine Lettuce Hearts, Torn Into Bite Size Pieces - FREE
1 Medium Tomato, Chopped – FREE
1/2 Medium Sweet Onion, Chopped - FREE
1 1/2 Slices Bacon ,Cooked – 50
1/2 Hard Boiled Egg, Diced – 50
3 oz. Cooked Turkey or Chicken, Diced – 100
1/2 of a Medium Avocado, Diced – 100
3/4 oz. Roquefort Cheese, Crumbled – 75

 

1. Place lettuce in a large salad bowl. 
2. Arrange tomato, onion, bacon, egg, turkey, avocado and 3/4 oz. of cheese in rows on top of lettuce.

 

 

Dressing:
1/4 oz. Roquefort Cheese - 25
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar - FREE
1/4 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce - FREE
1/8 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard - FREE
1/2 Garlic Clove, Minced - FREE
Salt and Pepper To Taste – FREE
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil - 100

 

 

Dressing:
1. Place 1/4 oz. cheese in a small bowl. 
2. Add vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper, whisk until smooth. 
3. Slowly whisk in oil.  Pour dressing over salad.  Serve immediately.

 

Makes one 500 calorie serving.
