2 Cups Iceburg Lettuce, Cut Into Bite Size Pieces - FREE
3 oz. Turkey, Julianned - 100
1 1/2 oz. Ham, Julianned - 50
1 oz. Swiss Cheese, Julianned - 100
1/2 Hard Boiled Egg, Sliced - 50
1 Small Tomato, Sliced - FREE
1 Small Onion, Sliced - FREE
5 Cucumber Slices - FREE
1-2 Green Bell Pepper Rings – FREE
Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder To Taste - FREE
Your Choice of Dressing – 200

 

1. Place lettuce into a large salad bowl or plate. 
2. Top lettuce with remaining ingredients.  Serve immediately.

 

Makes one 500 calorie serving.
