Spinach Salad Au Naturale
2 Cups Spinach Leaves, Washed and Dried - FREE
1/2 Cup Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced - FREE
1/2 Cup Red Onion, Thinly Sliced - FREE
3 Tablespoons Kraft® Catalina Dressing or Your Favorite Dressing @ 50 Calories Per Tablespoon - 150
1 Hard Boiled Egg, Chopped - 100
1 1/2 Slices Bacon, Crumbled - 50
Lemon Juice To Taste - FREE
Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder To Taste - FREE
1. Place spinach in a medium bowl, add mushrooms and onion. Toss.
2. Pour dressing over salad and sprinkle egg and bacon on top.
3. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Serve immediately.
