Mighty Minestrone
1 Tablespoon Butter – 100
4 Garlic Cloves, Minced - FREE
1 Medium Onion, Chopped - FREE
1 Cup Carrots, Chopped - FREE
1 Cup Celery, Sliced - FREE
1/2 Cup Canned Garbanzo Beans - 100
1/2 Cup Canned Kidney Beans - 100
1/2 Cup Canned Great Northern Beans - 100
1 Cup Elbow Macaroni, Cooked Al Dente - 200
32 oz. Chicken Broth – FREE
Parsley To Taste, Minced - FREE
Oregano To Taste - FREE
Basil To Taste - FREE
Rosemary To Taste - FREE
Salt and Pepper To Taste – FREE
1. Heat butter in a large soup pot.
2. Add garlic, onion, carrots and celery. Saute for 5-10 minutes.
3. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
