A Youthful FREE Vegetable Stir-Fry
1/2 Cup Beef Broth - FREE
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce (Or To Taste) - FREE
1 Onion, Chopped - FREE
2 Garlic Cloves, Chopped - FREE
1/2 Cup Leeks, Chopped - FREE
1/2 Cup Chinese Cabbage, Chopped - FREE
1/2 Cup Broccoli Florets - FREE
1/2 Cup Cauliflower Florets - FREE
1. Pour beef broth into a wok, bring to a boil.
2. Add soy sauce, onion and garlic.
3. Sautee for 5 minutes or until onions are translucent.
4. Add remaining ingredients and stir fry 5 - 15 minutes according to how well you like your vegetables cooked.
5. Serve immediately.
