Cheesy Broccoli and Cauliflower
2 Cups Broccoli Florets - FREE
2 Cups Cauliflower Florets - FREE
Salt To Taste - FREE
4 oz. Cheddar Cheese, Finely Shredded - 400
Pepper To Taste - FREE
1. In a large pot, place broccoli, cauliflower and salt. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
2. Boil for 15 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Drain and put in a serving dish.
3. Sprinkle with cheese, add pepper. Serve immediately.
