Roy’s Yummy 100 Calorie Sausage Recipe

Roy loves creating recipes as much as I do. Here’s his latest yummy creation!
Roy’s Sausage and Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Oil - 100 Calories
11 oz. Mild Sausage, Cut Into 2 Inch Pieces - 1100 Calories
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced - FREE
1 Onion, Chopped - FREE
1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped - FREE
1 Large Can Diced Tomatoes - FREE
Salt and Pepper To Taste - FREE
1. In a large skillet, fry sausage in oil for 10 minutes or until sausage is well cooked.
2. Add garlic, onion and pepper and sautee for 8-10 minutes or until onions are translucent.
3. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook on medium for 20 minutes.
Makes Four 300 Calorie Servings
