Bet you never heard that before. :)    This is about your fresh fruits and vegetables.  The best way to have them handy and dandy and ready for you when you need them is to follow these FOUR EASY STEPS.

1. Shop for all your fresh fruits and vegetables on the weekend when you’re off work.
2. Wash them all up real good.
3. Chop them up in easy to grab and use pieces.
4. Drop them in your frig for easy access.
