Hi Susan!
Thanks for your help! I posted today to clarify:
Yang! Yang! Yang! Happy Friday to all my friends and quasi-friends out there in the blogosphere! I received a comment yesterday (from Susan) about my 100 Calorie Slow Cooker Recipe She pointed out that 24 servings was ridiculous. I suppose I didn’t clarify about my 100 calorie recipe servings. The 100 Calorie Diet isn’t about eating everything just 100 calories, it’s about eating anything you want in 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500+ calorie units. Whereas my pot roast was indeed twenty-four 100 calorie servings, you can have four servings for 400 calories, five servings for 500 calories, six servings for 600 calories and so on. Thank you Susan for helping my clarify about serving sizes for The 100 Calorie Diet! Want to learn more about The 100 Calorie Diet? Click HERE!
