Susie’s Pina Coladas 100 Calories At A Time

Hey, hey, hey!  It’s gonna be 80 degrees this week in Central Florida and I think I’ll spend some time by the pool.  And you know what that means?  My famous Pina Coladas!  I promised I would reveal my secret drink recipes, and this is one of THE BEST!  Try my Pina Colada recipes and let me know what you think!

You know I’m all about the right glass and the best ingredients when making drinks.  You have to have Pina Colada Glasses before you can make the BEST Pina Coladas!  Then you HAVE to have Bacardi Light Rum, Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut and Dole Pineapple Juice.  Substitutions are not acceptable!

Now, there are two kinds of Pina Coladas; on the rocks or frozen.  Try both recipes to see which you like best!  It’s just another day in paradise when you can laze by the pool and drink Pina Coladas. . .   In February!!!

 

Susie’s On The Rocks Pina Colada

3 oz. Bacardi Light Rum - 200 Calories

6 oz. Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut - 800 Calories

10 oz. Dole Pineapple Juice - 200 Calories

 

1. Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice.

2. Shake, shake, shake your Pina Colada,  just like a professional bartender.

3. Fill two Pina Colada Glass with ice.

4. Pour the heavenly mixture into each glass.

5. Garnish with a pineapple chunk and maraschino cherry.

Makes Two 600 Sweet and Delicious Calories

 

Susie’s Frozen Pina Coladas

  3 oz. Bacardi Light Rum - 200 Calories

6 oz. Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut - 800 Calories

10 oz. Dole Pineapple Juice - 200 Calories

 

1. Start by freezing the Dole Pineapple Juice in ice cube trays.

2. Place all ingredients into a blender, blend on high for 30 seconds.

3. Pour into a Pina Colada Glass.

4. Garnish with a pineapple chunk and maraschino cherry.

Makes Two 600 Icy, Delicious Calories
