The 100 Calorie Diet and Chinese Food The 100 Calorie Way!

Can you eat Chinese food and still lose weight?  Of course!  On The 100 Calorie Diet you can eat anything you want and still lose weight the 100 calorie way!

We have this great little Chinese take-out place called Chopstix that has some of the tastiest Chinese food around.  Roy and I ordered from Chopstix for lunch the other day.  Here’s what we had:

Roy’s Chopstix Meal

1 Egg Roll - 200 Calories

1 Small Chinese Dumpling - 100 Calorie

4 Oz. General Tso’s Chicken - 400 Calories

Roy’s Total: 700 Calories

Susie’s Chopstix Meal

Ginger Salad - 100 Calories

2 Crab Rangoon - 400 Calories

Susie’s Total: 500 Calories
