People ask me all the time how they can lose weight faster on The 100 Calorie Diet.  So I decided to put together a list of the top 10 foods that burn more fat, melt more fat and flush that fat out of your system.  Eat more of these foods and you’ll see a big difference in your weight loss.

2. Cabbage

3. Chicken, No Skin

4. Cucumbers

5. Fish
