Yes. I’ve tried all sorts of diets. But there was always a problem. There was always a no, no list. No fruits, no vegetables, no pasta, no potatoes and no sweets. What’s up with that? Of course I could stick to these popular diets for a while. But I would always become so obsessed with what I couldn’t have, I would give in and "blow" my diet.
