You can eat anything you want, there are absolutely no forbidden foods! You simply look up the food you want to eat and you find how much you can have for 100 calories! It’s a great tool for tracking your food plan. The idea for The Zero Calorie Cookbook Series was from the insight we gleaned from eating the foods from The 100 Calorie Food Counter’s FREE food list. The more we ate of these foods, the more weight we lost. I did some research and found that my FREE list was also Zero Weight Watchers® Points®. So we thought, WOW!, why don’t we try to create delicious, nutritious recipes using these ingredients? When we developed those first Zero Calorie recipes, we were amazed at how scrumptious our dishes were!!! The Zero Calorie Cookbook has been wildly popular.
