You may not know this about me, but I love to cook and I love to eat. It’s always a challenge to plan and prepare a quick, easy, delicious and nutritious dinner night after night. You know how it is, you’ve worked all day and it would be SO easy to stop by a fast food joint and pick up some burgers, fries and shakes. Of course that’s okay once in a while, but I’m talking about everyday, healthy living.
Are you ready for an absolutlely awesomely simple dinner?
Here’s what you buy:
- 1 Bag of Dole Iceberg Salad Blend
- 1 Bottle of Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
- 24 oz. Boars Head Deli Turkey, Sliced Thick For Roll-Ups
- 2 Cans of Asparagus
- 1 Bag of Kraft Mild Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Here’s what you do:
- Evenly distribute the salad into four salad bowls - FREE
- Drizzle 2 Tablespoon Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing on each salad - 400 Calories
- Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees - FREE
- Drain Asparagus - FREE
- Roll 3 Stalks of asparagus into each turkey slice - 800 Calories
- Place rolls in baking dish - FREE
- Top with 4 oz. of cheddar cheese - 400 Calories
- Bake for 40 minutes or until cheese is golden brown - FREE
