You may not know this about me, but I love to cook and I love to eat.   It’s always a challenge to plan and prepare a quick, easy, delicious and nutritious dinner night after night.  You know how it is, you’ve worked all day and it would be SO easy to stop by a fast food joint and pick up some burgers, fries and shakes.  Of course that’s okay once in a while, but I’m talking about everyday, healthy living.

Are you ready for an absolutlely awesomely simple dinner? 

   Here’s what you buy:

Here’s what you do:

  •  Evenly distribute the salad into four salad bowls - FREE
  • Drizzle 2 Tablespoon Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing on each salad - 400 Calories
  • Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees - FREE
  • Drain Asparagus - FREE
  • Roll 3 Stalks of asparagus into each turkey slice - 800 Calories
  • Place rolls in baking dish - FREE
  • Top with 4 oz. of cheddar cheese - 400 Calories
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until cheese is golden brown - FREE
