What Can You Drink For 100 Calories?

You’ve probably heard about Hungry Girl, well, I’m Thirsty Girl! Today, I thought I would show all my 100 calorie peeps what you can drink for 100 calories. Ready? Here goes.
Drinks For 100 Calories
Beer, Light - 12 oz.
Beer, Regular - 8 oz.
Bloody Mary - 4 oz.
Chocolate Milk - 4 oz.
Coke - 8 oz.
Gatorade - 16 oz.
Grapefruit Juice - 8 oz.
Hot Chocolate - 6 oz.
Lemonade - 8 oz.
Pepsi - 8 oz.
Milk, Whole - 5 oz.
Pina Colada - 1 oz.
Rum and Coke - 3 oz.
Sprite - 8 oz.
Wine, Red or White Dry - 5 oz.
Wow! Were you surprised at some of the calorie counts? Just think, if you had 16 oz. of Pina Colada, that’s 1600 calories! But if you had 16 oz. of Gatorade, that’s only 100 calories. Remember, drink calories DO count. Have a great Thursday, y’all!
