What’s For Dinner? 100 Calorie Recipe For Easy and Yummy Buffalo Chicken Wings

Sometimes me and the kids get a craving for some yummy chicken wings.  I have a really great recipe for all my peeps out there in 100 Calorie Land!  I don’t bread ‘em and I don’t fry ‘em which keeps the calories low.  Try it and let me know how you like ‘em!

Easy and Yummy Buffalo Chicken Wings

2 Packages McCormick® Original Buffalo Wings Seasoning Mix - 300 Calories

12 Chicken Wings - 1200 Calories

1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

2. Cut chicken wings at joints and discard tips.

3. Place wings in large resealable plastic bag.

4. Spinkle Seasoning Mix over wings, seal bag and shake to coat evenly.

5. Arrange wings in single layer on foil-lined 15×10x1-inch baking pan. Discard bag.

6. Bake uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through.

Makes Three 500 Calorie Servings.

Serve with some crunchy celery and blue cheese salad dressing.  Yum!  Really!
