Easy Baked Herb Fish
30 Oz. Of Your Favorite White Fish Fillets - 1000 Calories
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil - 100 Calories
5 Oz. White Wine - 100 Calories
Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder To Taste - FREE
1/2 Teaspoon Majoram - FREE
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme - FREE
2 Bay Leaves - FREE
1 Onion, Chopped - FREE
5 Oz. White Wine - 100 Calories
Lemon Wedges To Garnish - FREE
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place fish fillets in a large baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, mix together oil, wine, salt, pepper, garlic, marjoram and thyme.
4. Brush mixture over fish.
5. Top with bay leaves and onion.
6. Bake 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
7. Place on serving dish and garnish with lemon wedges.
Makes Four 300 Calorie Servings.
