What’s For Dinner? 100 Calorie Recipe For Mom’s Meatloaf

I love me some meatloaf, it’s one of my favorite comfort foods.  Mom made the best meatloaf and we had it often.  Here’s the recipe!

Mom’s Meatloaf

16 1/2 Oz. 90/10 Ground Beef - 1100 Calories

1 Small Onion, Chopped - FREE

Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder To Taste - FREE

1 Small Egg - 50 Calories

1 Slice of Bread, Crumbled - 50 Calories 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Place beef in a large bowl, add remaining ingredients.

3. Mix very well (I like to squish it together with my hands!).

4. Mold meat into a loaf and place in a baking dish.

5. Cook for 1 hour or until desired doneness.

Makes Four 300 Calorie Servings.
