To me, the age old question is "What’s For Dinner?" I’m beginning a series of 100 calorie recipes for dinner. Guaranteed delicious, nutritious, family friendly and yummy! Check out my Rosemary Lemon Chicken!
Rosemary Lemon Chicken
18 Oz. Boneless Chicken Breasts - 900 Calories
Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder To Taste - FREE
1/4 Cup Flour - 100 Calories
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil - 100 Calories
1 Tablespoon Butter - 100 Calories
2 Tablespoons Fresh Rosemary, Chopped - FREE
4 Garlic Cloves, Minced - FREE
5 oz. Dry White Wine - FREE
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice - FREE
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley - FREE
1. Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic then dredge in flour.
2. Heat oil and butter in a haevy skillet.
3. Add chicken, rosemary and garlic.
4. Cook on both sides 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Add wine and bring to a boil.
6. Add lemon juice and parsley, cover and cook 3-4 minutes or until desired doneness.
Makes Four 300 Calorie Servings.
