Susie’s Super Simple Cubed Steak
30 Oz. Cubed Steak - 1500 Calories
Salt, Pepper and Garlic To Taste
1 Tablespoon Butter - 100 Calories
1 Cup Onions, Chopped - FREE
1 Cup Mushrooms, Sliced - FREE
1 Cup Green Pepper, Chopped - FREE (Optional)
1. Cut steak into bite sized pieces, sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter on medium high.
3. Add vegetables (more salt, pepper and garlic if desired) and sauté for 5 - 8 minutes or until desired doneness.
4. Add steak and continue to cook while stirring for 3-8 minutes until the steak is as well done as you like.
Makes Four 400 Calorie Servings.
