I love Richard Simmons. I know a lot of ppl don’t but he is so funny to me and he really did try to help ppl lose weight. He understood because he also has a weight problem. He is one of the few that has kept off his weight off all these years.

I think this commercial is soooo funny. Believe In YOURSELF!!!  See his advice is still true…
