Zero Calorie Chili Soup
1 Cup Beef Broth
1 Large Sweet Onion, Chopped
4-6 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
1 Large Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Large Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 28 Oz. Whole Canned Tomatoes
1 28 Oz. Diced Canned Tomatoes
2 Tablespoons Vinegar
Salt, Pepper and Chili Powder To Taste
1. In a large soup pot, place beef broth, onion garlic, and bell peppers.
2. Bring to a boil and boil for about 5 minutes.
3. Add remaining ingredients and bring back to a boil.
4. Lower heat to medium low and simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
