Zero Calorie and Zero Weight Watchers Points Soups and Salads - Perfect For The 100 Calorie Diet!

Hey all you 100 calorie fans!  Guess what I’ve been doing?  My favorite thing!  Cooking and creating recipes!  Tammy and I are working on a new Zero Calorie Cookbook - The Zero Calorie Soup and Salad Cookbook!  What exactly is a Zero Calorie Cookbook?  Well, I take my list of FREE foods from The 100 Calorie Diet’s Food Counter and create delicious recipes with this list of foods.  What exactly are FREE foods?  FREE foods are those foods that are so low in calories and/or so high in fiber that the more you eat the more weight you lose.  They are also Zero Weight Watchers Points foods.  Of course all foods have calories, and although the foods on my FREE list DO have calories, their fat buring properties offsets the calorie content.  Try my recipe for Zero Calorie Broccoli Cheese Soup!

Broccoli Cheese Soup
¼ Cup Chicken Broth
2 Tablespoon Kernel Seasons Popcorn Seasoning, White Cheddar
1 Large Sweet Onion, Grated
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
32 Ounces Beef Broth
4 Cups Broccoli Florets

Salt and Pepper to Taste

In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth and white cheddar.  Heat mixture in a large soup pot.  Add onion and garlic.  Sauté until onion caramelizes.  Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil.  Lower heat to simmer and cook for 30 minutes until broccoli is soft.
