Zero Calorie Fondue Recipe For The 100 Calorie Diet

Fondue
15 cups of natural spring water
3 pounds beef bones
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 celery stalks chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1 bay leaf
Salt, pepper and fresh basil to taste
Pour the water in a large pot and bring it to a boil. Add remaining ingredients and bring back to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for about 2 hours. Remove any foam from the surface as the broth cooks. Let cool and then refrigerate. Remove fat from broth and bring to a boil again. Transfer to your fondue pot. Use with a variety of your favorite vegetables including broccoli, cauliflower, squashes and mushrooms.
